Nice going Sueann.
When I think of a “pro trannie” I think of a sex worker who either plies her trade in the classified ads of the Alternative Press or on a street corner in an area commonly known as “The Whore Stroll”.
Now as many bones as I might have to pick with even Transgender Activists like Monica Helms and Autumn Sandeen I would not personally attack them like that. Indeed I have at times exchanged private e-mails with people I have serious disagreements with. Transgender Activists with whom I share a concern with when it comes to getting hate crimes laws passed for one example.
I hear people who often are doing far less good than others snipe at them and whip out that bullshit line like the religious right whips out their Bibles and it so totally back fires on you.
It makes me think far more highly of Lynn, Andrea and Calpurnia and far less of you.
You have damaged your own credibility almost irrepairably with me.
As for slamming Shere Hite… I’m a second wave feminist and think very highly of most women involved in Second Wave feminism asI was part of that movement.
So you are just racking up negative points with me.
For What it is Worth. The “Pro Trannie” or “Professional Transsexual” has been one of the most absolutely oppressive pieces of bullshit ever laid on sisters who have had the courage to speak out.

Pro-Tranny.
We Obviously see the meaning of the word differently.
On this side of the country the term means one who does the speaking and education thing.
They are out and most don’t have much respect for those who want to remain woodworked.
They evangelize usually not that we are like everyone else but that we are different.
I don’t think too highly of any group of people who would run a site like TS Roadmap and put up deflationary information about someone they have never met.
They have done that to me and repeated attempts to correct or even discuss the issue have been ignored.
So I don’t have any great love for the pro trannys of the world. They are too self absorbed and hunger too much for the limelight.
Sorry If I offended you.

Sue
I’ve visited your site. I’m more impressed with Lynn and Andrea’s
March 3, 2009 at 10:52 am
I don’t have a site.
What are you talking about?
March 3, 2009 at 10:59 am
Not to be mean or anything;
You should make sure you really know who you are talking to first before saying you have visited a site that you think belongs to me.
I would also add you should perhaps have clarified meanings with me before you posted your unwarranted attack on someone you hardly know.
Next Time
Look before you open your mouth it might save your foot from coming in contact with your tonsils.
Have a nice day.

Ladies Please!
Personally I have a great deal of respect for both Lynn and Andrea. I do not agree with everythung they say or do. However, I do believe they are sincere. The biggest issue I have with Andrea is her apparent belief in being “out” while being involved in something calling itself “Deep Stealth” It has me confused, but then there are no prizes available for that. Lynn seems rather more encouraging to those who wish to keep medical details too themselves. However both women are responsible for providing valuable information to those who need it and for that I applaud them. I just wish information like that had been available when I needed it. I had to spend many thousands of hours in our town library to find out anything vaguely useful. The same information and more is now available at the click of a mouse and for that transkids today should be thankful to both women.
