Wing Nut Daily Writer Wants Marriage Equality Supporters Tried And Punished

When I read shit like this I am glad I live in a state where it is legal for me to own a firearm, because these people are full blown Nazis and they frighten me.

Ted Beahr of the Christian Film and Television Commission and the publisher of Movieguide, “movie reviews through a Christian perspective,” wants New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and state legislators who backed marriage equality should be “subject to indictment, trial and just punishment.” Writing for WorldNetDaily, Beahr believes that New York’s marriage equality law not only stands in the face of God’s law but is also unconstitutional, because Beahr says that the Constitution must comply with God’s law. Beahr asserts that “the homosexualization” of America is part of a Communist conspiracy and ends the column by misattributing a famous quote of Supreme Court Justice John Marshall to Karl Marx in order to bolster his case:

Pages could be, have been and should be written about the progressive Marxist destruction of the American constitutional republic. And pages could be, have been and should be written about the destructive nature of the homosexualization of the culture. With regard to the illegal action of the New York state government, it is more important to understand clearly that the civil government has no authority in area of the free exercise of religion such as marriage. If it has no authority and tries to exercise power not vested to it, then the state is acting illegally.

We need to stand for God’s law in the face of the power grab by those in civil authority who know no restraints.

New York and the other increasingly socialized states have not only violated God’s law, they have also violated their own Constitution and the will of the governed. When they do that, they are just like King George. They have abdicated their moral and legal authority and are subject to indictment, trial and just punishment.

Now, all those who freely exercise their inalienable right to religious faith must stop acting like useful idiots and fellow travelers by going along to get along. Instead, they must stand for their God-given rights by proclaiming loud and clear that these New York government servants have crossed the line into illegal activity that has no authority and makes them criminals.

Often, people of faith and values do not stand up because they have been slowly boiled in the brine of socialism and so give the states powers they have no authority to use. Often the state or federal government creates the problem by violating our individual rights to property, estates, income, etc., through the Marxist device of illicit taxation. Then the government argues that the state needs to govern marriage to alleviate the tax burdens the state created so that it can encourage marriage. Such circular and dishonest reasoning has almost deceived the very electorate.

Suze — The religious reicht are just as bad, if not worse than the Nazis. These fanatics are no more different than the Taliban and the dictators running Saudi Arabia. Our home-grown terrorists are a bigger threat to our liberty than and Islamic fanatic.

Liars lie. This is not anything surprising. They have chosen belief over reason. They have chosen obedience over free will. This is an aspect of humanity that may ensure our destruction as a species.

    A communist conspiracy my ass.

Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Cuba, China, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo and a whole host of former communist countries have only decriminalised homosexuality over the last 20 years as they dropped communism. Stalin, Castro and Guevara were brutal towards homosexuals, killing quite a few and putting most of the rest in concentration camps.

Remember Kurt Freund developed his device to excuse his penis fondling, while working for a communist government to try to identify homosexuals, yet his Protégé Raymond Blanchard’s work is loved by the religious right in the US who claim to be anti-communist. Strangely the religious rights ideas of today on homosexuality are almost the exact same as communists such as Stalin, Castro and Guevara’s had in the 1950′s. They had no problem in putting homosexuals in concentration camps or summarily executing homosexuals, just as the religious right call for today.

The main opposition to homosexual rights and financing of anti-homosexual campaigns today are coming from the Vatican, US right wing and business groups, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Dubai, North Korea and Iran. An interesting and frankly bizarre grouping of countries.

I wonder who the real communists are today in the minds of the religious right?

    Think about it:)

    @ Marlene,

If anyone was worse than the nazi’s, I can assure you that marriage rights would be the last thing on your mind. Staying alive for another day, would be the only thing on your mind and you would not be posting on the internet as it would have been shut down.

The Taliban and Saudi Arabia maybe a bunch of bigoted, murderous lunatics, but they are still not as bad as the nazi’s were. The nazi’s were beyond our worst nightmares. Visit Auschwitz and you will get an idea of what I mean.

The blogger talks about taxation being communist.

In a lot of anarchist, marxist and communist circles the ideology is to get completely rid of taxation.

Recently a lot of neo-liberals have started to put forward the idea of getting rid of taxation favouring private police forces, private military, private healthcare, no gun laws, etc.

Strangely one country appears to have achieved zero taxation, private police, no social funded health care, no gun laws and private military.

    That country is Somalia.

I was going to leave a flippant remark about christians hijacking oil tankers for ransom in the gulf of mexico and castrating pretty boys to sell to Sheiks in the future, but to be honest it is not really beyond a stretch of the imagination, for them to do so.

I really don’t think emulating Somalia is a good idea, no matter what ideology a person follows.

Stupidity combined with greed, really is a recipe for disaster.

Andrea I don’t honestly know what anarchist, Marxist or communist circles you run in but your ideas sound more libertarian than anarchist.
Neo-cons and neo-libs are the same sort of right wing neo-Nazis set upon waging class war against the poor.

The rich oligarchs scam the banks to fill their pockets then urge austerity programs that harm working people and the underclasses by shifting the burden of the debt from the rich fucks who profited onto the backs of those who didn’t.

That is class war by the rich against working people. The anarchists and communists I know want to tax the hell out of the rich and make them pay for the schemes they hatched and after they have no more money, put them in prison and eventually in front of a firing squad. Oh also ending huge inherited fortunes.

  5. Andrea B. Says:

    They are not my ideas.

I have read a lot from communist to nazi over the years and came to the conclusion that if whatever Karl Marx and Adolf Hitler were on, when writing there respective books hits the streets, we are all fucked. Thats just my opinion.

Also I have quite a few friends who lived in former communist states. A lot of my Irish friends are married to people from all over Eastern Europe and China and there opinion of communism is that it is the same as nazism, a fucking nightmare. They have been through it in real life which you and I haven’t.

At the extreme ends of politics there are a lot of anti taxation policies. The problem these days, is that all politics appears to be becoming extreme in various ways, which does not bode well for the future.

I oppose the extremes of politics as all they ever lead to is destruction, mayhem, murder and restriction of rights of all kinds. I grew up in Northern Ireland, watching extreme political stupidity by various bunches of greedy and manipulative sociopaths who had no concern for ordinary people, yet passed themselves of as democrats, human rights activists and victims when they travelled around the world looking for money, support and sympathy to continue there mayhem. I still can’t believe how many imbeciles actually fell for there lies.

It is a while since I last read, but here is a reference from the net.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxation#Ethical_basis_of_taxation

I personally favour taxation that funds healthcare, social security, government, police, military, research and development to a minimum of 3% of GDP, universities, education, water supply, electric supply and other infrastructure.

I agree that what is happening at present in the US, UK, Ireland and Portugal is more or less turning into class war at various levels, with the US being the most extreme, by far.

I don’t have an issue with a person getting filthy rich as long as it does not impact adversely on society, or gain undue influence in society, beyond that of an individual citizen.

I believe in complete equality between all citizens. I support the right of everyone to vote, regardless of being disabled, criminal, homeowner, homeless, black, white, male, female, child or whatever. Unfortunately no system has ever achieved that. Some European democracies are quite far along that road with a long way to go, although recently the disease known as neo-liberalism has done damage in Europe.

The only way a person can be come personally rich without hurting others is for that person to be a sports star, an art star or lottery winner. Capitalism equals theft.

  6. Andrea B. Says:

Capitalism is not theft. Un-regulated capitalism which you have in the US is theft. Wall street at present, is blatant theft.

A person can come up with a product and turn it into an industry. I have seen that happen with my own eyes. That is not theft. That is innovation. I have seen people end up with a couple of hundred employees due to there innovation and I can guarentee you that no theft was involved at all on there part, although larger corporations did try to steal there ideas.

An art star will rip people of and avoid taxes as will a sports star. That is theft. U2 being the best example of that type of hypocrite. A full 1% of Irelands debt problem would vanish if U2 paid there tax, which instead have had to be paid by ordinary Irish people, such as pensioners on state pension.

Not everyone is the same as the Koch brothers or Wallenbergs.

Then again, “behind every great fortune is a great crime” — credited to Honoré de Balzac.

I see no reason to dispute such a great writer.
